Do you have aniridia with a known FOXC1 mutation?  

Or is the genetic cause of your aniridia still unknown? 

If either of these is true, you may be eligible for a research study at the Medical College of Wisconsin through the Semina Lab.

Elena Semina is a scientist who studies the genetics of ocular disorders. She currently is recruiting those with known FOXC1 mutations in order to study the phenotype (the way genes are expressed) more in depth.
